Delivery Space Preparation Checklist

This checklist is designed to help you check that the components of your VU Collaborate delivery space will work correctly. This is only a guide; every unit will have different requirements.

About the Delivery Space checklist

This list will help you check the functionality of the VU Collaborate tools, not the content of your space. For further assistance, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

  • This is a list of items that will need to be reviewed/adjusted in the VU Collaborate Delivery Space after it has been created and before students have access to it.
  • For 4-week units, the VU Collaborate Delivery Space will be automatically created two weeks before the delivery of your unit. For placement units, your delivery space will be created five weeks before delivery of your unit.
    • All content from the Master Space will be copied into it.
  • For one week, only teaching staff have access to the space: they can see students enrolled and make any required changes. Then, one week before delivery, students get access to the space and are able to see all visible content.
  • It is good to go to Space Admin > Classlist and impersonate a student to see what they will see.
