Help Guides For Students

The VU Collaborate Help team offers training and support to the staff of Victoria University to utilise VU Collaborate. As Academic and Support staff members become more knowledgeable and confident in the online environment the student experience will also improve.

We also manage a VU Collaborate Help Site for students.  It is a useful repository of ‘How To’ Guides and other resources tailored to the student perspective.

The Student Helpsite is the first place to look if students are requiring assistance with VU Collaborate or any of the integrated tools.  Students can find the link to the Student Help Site under the Help tab in all of their VU Collaborate Spaces.
