One-on-One Sessions

Book 30-minute one-on-one sessions with our team members to learn more about the VU Collaborate system, utilise interactive tools, or discuss how to set up tasks and assessments that cater to your needs.

These flexible sessions are delivered over Zoom or On-campus Hives (City Tower & Footscray Park), allowing you to choose days and times that suit your schedule from a location convenient for you.

Current schedules:

  • City Tower: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
  • Footscray Park: Tuesdays - Thursdays.
  • Online: Mondays - Fridays.

Sadly, our team only provides support for VU Staff Members.

However, we provide:

Can I drop-in to your campus hives without booking?

Please understand that there are some other staff who might be already in the session for assistance or our team might run other workshops during that time and we will ask you to book a time later.

To secure your time slots, we suggest you make your booking with us via One-on-One session booking.

Does the team provide support outside of business hours?

Sadly, our team does not operate outside of business hours, this includes any activity before 9 am and after 5 pm, during weekends, or on public holidays.

For after-hour technical support, please contact IT Service Desk.

Does the team assist staff members with content creation or re-design of units?

Currently, we don’t have enough capacity to assist you with content creation. This includes creating H5P, loading materials, etc.

Instead, our team members can walk you through the steps and process of creating your content via our on-campus hives or online sessions.

I need assistance with recording Welcome Video, who should I contact?

To request a session where you can have a professional video recording for your Welcome Video or any other media-related, you can email Video Hive and the team will get back to you shortly.
