One-on-One Sessions

Book a one-on-one session with our team to learn more about the VU Collaborate system, utilise interactive tools, or discuss how to set up tasks and assessments that cater to your needs.

These sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams or On-campus (City Tower & Footscray Park), allowing you to choose days and times that suit your schedule from a location convenient to you.

The VU Collaborate training and services are for the exclusive use of VU staff. 

For students, we provide:

(2) Does the team assist staff members with content creation or re-design of units?

Our small team doesn’t have enough capacity to assist you with content creation or the design and development of your units. This includes creating H5P, loading materials, etc.

Instead, our lovely members can walk you through the steps and process of creating your content via a workshop day with your team, or a 1:1 session.

(3) I need assistance with recording Welcome Video, who should I contact?

To request a session where you can have a professional video recording for your Welcome Video or any other media-related, you can email Video Hive and the team will get back to you shortly.
