Copy and Move Panopto Videos

My Folder is your personal space, where you can create and edit your videos. Once you are happy with your recordings, copy or move them to your unit space folder, before displaying to students in VU Collaborate.

This guide will demonstrate how to copy and move videos between folders.

Copy a Video

1. Hover over the video you want to copy, then select Settings (1).

2. From the Manage (2) tab, scroll down to Copy video heading, then select Create Full Copy (3). The copied video will have (copy) at the end of the file name.

Move a Video

1. Hover over the video you want to move, then select Settings (1).

2. From the Overview tab, select Edit (2) after the folder name.

3. From the dropdown list, select the required folder (3), then select Save (4).

Move a Video with Drag and Drop

1. From the left-hand menu select Browse (1), and then select the pin (2) icon, to pin the browse panel open.
2. Press and hold the video you want to move, then drag and drop (3) the video into the required folder.
