Getting Block Ready
Delivery Spaces are created before the teaching period begins, giving you time to review content, check settings, and prepare your space before students gain access.
Space Created
Block units: 2 weeks before
Placement units: 5 weeks before
Placement units: 5 weeks before
Content Loaded
Content is automatically copied from the Master (template) Space when the Delivery Space is created.
⏱ Review Period
You have one week to review and update your space before students can access it.
Student Access
Block units: 1 week before
Placement units: 4 weeks before

Assessment
- Set due dates on dropboxes
- Load templates into Turnitin to exclude them from similarity checks
- Review assessment groups (add/remove groups, manage multiple classes)
- Set due dates and release conditions for quizzes
- Review Respondus LockDown Browser settings (required every delivery)
- Update BuddyCheck (activate and create evaluations)
- Review attendance registers

- Schedule Zoom Classroom sessions
- Reset Padlet boards
- Review FeedbackFruits activities
- Impersonate the Test Student to check session materials (H5Ps, links, videos and readings)
