Create grade items, publish grades to students and manage your feedback.
The VU Collaborate Grades tool is where you can create, manage and grade assessment items. These are called Grade Items and can include assignments, tests, discussion posts and other activities. Different grade schemes are suited to different kinds of courses.
Grades can be automatically calculated according to the grading system you have chosen, exported to .xls and .csv files, and contain feedback for students based on their grade.
You can create grade items for assessments that happen outside of VU Collaborate, such as workplace observations and oral presentations. The Grade Book is a list of all these items, representing the complete work that is evaluated in a unit.
