Accessing and Editing Unit Guides

The Unit Guide Generator creates a Unit Guide using information from the CAMS (Course Administration Management System). These guides can be edited to add staff teaching details, unit feedback, and other minor changes. One week before classes begin, editing is closed, and the guides are published. The published guides can then be accessed via a link from the VU Collaborate unit home page.

Small changes to unit guides may be made by Conveners, Block Convenors, Block Key Academics and Block Instructors. Large changes must first be approved by the College Manager or Director of Learning and Teaching and altered in CAMS.
