Training Calendar

In this session we will discuss and demonstrate the capabilities of the Originality Check by Urkund (Ouriginal) for the dropbox in VU Collaborate.   

The session will cover:  

Accessing and switching on the originality check  Viewing originality check results  Managing originality check issues  

The workshop is held online using Zoom. Get access by going to the VU Collaborate Essentials space, selecting the Communication tab then choosing Zoom Classroom from the dropdown list. You then click on Join next to the title and date of the workshop to get started.  See this 20 second video for how to get there.   

This workshop is for staff at VU using Zoom for teaching.  

We will cover how to schedule the virtual classrooms and use all its key functions for teaching which include: 

• sharing different and multiple screens  
• managing participants 
• creating breakout rooms 
• creating polls 
• managing security and your meeting settings

H5P is an open source platform for creating and sharing interactive digital learning objects.  It is integrated with VU Collaborate so that VU staff can easily create and share H5Ps with other VU staff and students.
